Day 1 – Dublin Guinness Storehouse – Temple Bar
Start this tour with a visit to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin and sample the black stuff and its’ history followed by Irish traditional music in the famous temple bar.
Walk along the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin and try the Bakehouse which offers Irish baked foods and goods. They have everything from Beef stew to Gurr cake which is freshly prepared daily.
Put your new-found skills to the test and pour your own Guinness at a local pub.
Day 2 – Dublin – Kilmainham Gaol – Belfast
Start the day with a visit to the historic prison of Kilmainham Gaol, notorious for its’ harsh treatment of inmates including woman and children. It imprisoned many Irish revolutionaries put to death for their resistance to British rule following the failed rebellion of 1916.
Take a short bus journey to Belfast and check into your hotel to relax.
On arrival in Belfast, we will check into our hotel before dinner at the Cloth Ear in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter, where you will sample small plates of the finest local produce accompanied by 3 iconic Irish tipples.
Day 3 – Belfast – Titanic Museum – Political Tour
Start the day with an early visit to the Titanic museum and learn about the famed Ocean liner that sunk in 1912 after it hit an iceberg during its maiden voyage from Southampton to New York City.
Lunch at the Drawing Office Two Bar in the Titanic hotel. Most of the world’s ocean liners were painstakingly designed including the RMS Titanic.
Interesting Fact: The Villeroy & Boch tiles that encircle the main bar; the same as the ones used for Titanic’s swimming pool and First Class bathrooms.
After lunch, you can take a 3-hour walking tour with both personal insights from republican and Loyalist ex-political prisoners.
Relax at the hotel.
Day 4 – Antrim – Giants Causeway – Game of Thrones – Bushmills Distillery
A short bus trip to the geological wonder of the Giants causeway, which was declared a World Heritage site by Unesco in 1986 due to its’ polygonal columns of layered basalt. On route, you will visit some of the Game of Thrones locations and ultimately Bushmills Irish Whiskey distillery to sample one of Ireland’s favourite tipples.
Back on the bus towards Derry and check in to your hotel and relax.

Day 5 – Derry – Bloody Sunday Museum – City Walls
Extend your regional knowledge of politics and experience the Bloody Sunday Museum.
Lunch at traditional Primrose café and experience the delicacies of local produce including food and drink (fish, meat, bread, beer and whiskey).
Walk off that lunch with a tour of the oldest intact City walls in Europe on the banks of the River Foyle.
In the evening, you will enjoy an Irish Traditional Music Night at Peadar O Donnells famous Irish Pub plus try your hand at Irish Ceili dancing.
Day 6 – Co. Donegal – Inishowen Peninsula
Early rise to explore rural Ireland and experience the tranquillity and enchantment of the rolling hills and white sandy beaches of Donegal on the doorstep of the Wild Atlantic Way.
Visit the treacherous coastline of the Inishowen Peninsula the resting place of many doomed shipwrecks and deep history dating back to the great famine in 1848.
We will stop for lunch at Nancy’s Barn and experience the world-famous seafood chowder (worlds best seafood chowder winner).
Return to Dublin hotel and relax before your morning departure.
